The finite-time state estimation issue is addressed in this paper for discrete time-delayed neural networks (NNs). More than one communication channel utilized to improve the performance. transmission delays of each are modeled by a family stochastic variables which independent and identically distributed. main purpose construct an appropriate scheme under corresponding error dynamics bounded mean square. By employing analysis approach introducing special Lyapunov-like functional, we have developed certain sufficient conditions achieve prescribed Furthermore, exact expressions achieved estimator parameters given solving minimization problem subject inequality constraints. Finally, propose illustrative simulation examine correctness, as well effectiveness, our proposed method.
